**About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to undertake a range of duties which provide an effective and confidential administrative service as directed by the Facility Manager, Senior Administration Officer, and Team Leaders. This position provides administrative support to Child Health Services Queensland located in the facility.
Ensuring provision of an efficient, effective, and confidential administrative support service, operating with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the department and other members of the clinical teams.
About you
Ensure the client confidentiality is maintained at all times in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.
Clear understandings of the Queensland Health Code of Conduct, to ensure responses and inquiries from internal and external clients are met ensuring confidentiality in maintained.
Provide administration support to frontline clinical / business support staff for North West Community Health Centre and to supply a range of administration duties required to deliver client focussed, high quality and efficient services.
Consult with patients to obtain correct details for completion of registration and record information accurately into the hospital information system.
Follow workflow and expectations in relation to managing and maintaining internal systems.
