With 367 rooms, ibis Styles Brisbane is one of the largest hotels in Brisbane City. We are bright, colourful, stylish and we are looking for our next **Part-time Public Areas Attendant /Houseperson** to join our hardworking and dedicated crew. This role is required to carry out cleaning duties as required for all public areas and back of house areas. This includes the locker rooms, staff and public toilets, corridors, staff room and any other public or back of house areas. From time to time you will also be required to perform the duties of Houseperson which includes assisting the housekeeping team through the delivery of hotel linen, chemicals, laundry, deliveries and heavy/lifting work. You are also required to split and join beds as needed per occupancy. This is a part time role, with a guarantee minimum 15 hours per week which will include some **overnight shifts.** **The hotel operates 24/7 and you will be required to work across weekends, evenings, overnights, public holidays as required.** **Qualifications** - Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel environment is desirable. - This role involves heavy lifting and manual handling so a good level of fitness is required. - Good English levels and the ability to communicate with our diverse housekeeping team and guests is essential. - Full Australian Working Rights is **essential** - this role is not open for sponsorship. **Additional Information** Why work for Accor?
