**The opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our ever-growing team, based in Melbourne.

**What your day looks like**
- Conducting the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained to the highest level according to our company standards.
- Providing timely and professional customer service to our guests.
- Maintain the cleanness of your workspace and equipment.
- Work with cleaning chemicals and equipment where necessary to provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- And Compliance with all OH&S regulations as required and applicable.
- Gerni usage (floors, walls etc);
- Vacuuming/mopping/sweeping.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager.

**To be successful you’ll need.**
- Previous Housekeeping Attendant experience within a hotel/apartment setting would be highly regarded.
- Strong verbal communication skills.excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety.
- A friendly customer service demeanour, and a keen eye for detail
- Task management. Will demonstrate a can-do
- Efficient time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Genuine commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoy working within a diverse team, and autonomously.
- Responsible and flexible approach to work, must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key

Pay: From $24.08 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
