As the result of a ramp up in current demands,

**experienced personnel **to join our growing team at multiple properties in
**Brisbane.**
**Silk Hospitality **personnel must operate with the upmost integrity, have an innate appreciation for quality and possess the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

**Expressions of interest are invited for the following roles**:

- Housekeeping / Room Attendants
- Public Area Attendants
- House persons

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Continually achieve and exceed the clients, as well as the guest’s expectations of service and quality
- Present rooms impeccably, including thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, the making of beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing of amenities in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area, and clean and tidy public areas to a high-quality standard
- Sort, fold, count and stack linen and bedding
- Ensure the security, confidentiality, and privacy of the hotel guests is maintained, by operating with integrity and diligence
- Always work in adherence to Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures, and proactively report any hazards, faults, or damages to management
- Be honest and transparent and work hard to build successful working relationships with the client and your colleagues
- A willingness to be flexible and take on additional and varying tasks if required

Professional in presentation and approach, you are well versed in providing quality customer service, and have experience working in a similar fast-paced and high-energy role. - Permanent part-time employment
- Super paid on all hour’s work
- Flexibility - we have shifts available from 8.00am to 3.00pm, seven days a week
- Ideally you will be available for at least four shifts per week
- Paid training - this is done over three days between Monday & Friday
- Ongoing training & support
