**Your new company**
A leading insurance company with offices in Melbourne CBD and Mulgrave are seeking talented Motor Recoveries Consultants to join their dynamic team They are renowned for their great working culture and working flexibilities, with this role being arranged in a hybrid model.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising Recovery opportunities and pursue a commercially beneficial outcome for the organization whilst balancing our legislative/compliance requirements:
- Effectively negotiating recovery opportunities through written and verbal means; engaging with relevant stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes in line with KPI’s.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including partnered organisations for risk/exposure mitigation achieving targeted business and customer outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to external regulatory/legislative requirements in accordance with compliance to internal business rules and established ways of working.
- Ensure effective management of work allocation in accordance with set established Service Standards (SLA).
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Good communication skills and customer service experience
- Tech savvy with the ability to adapt to new computer systems
- Previous experience in Insurance is highly desirable
