**THE ROLE...**

Responsibilities include:

- Manage order management, fulfilment, and after-sales resources, both locally and overseas
- Lead the team in delivering a nationally consistent customer service capability, including product, installation, and other service solutions
- Maintain cost-effective and efficient order management, fulfilment, and after-sales functions within the customer service department
- Ensure reliable and timely customer information is provided
- Foster cross-functional relationships to support system and process execution.
- Lead a national approach to workload allocation and management.
- Drive positive outcomes by meeting performance objectives and KPIs
