A leading IT Advisory organisation, specialising in market and data analytics for retail and consumer based organisations is seeking a Consultant to join their team in a permanent career opportunity working to support their client, a household Global name.

You will be joining a company that is rapidly growing and asserting themselves as a leader in this market.

**About the role**:

- You will define business problems through consultation with clients and extract day-to-day project briefs
- You will lead the client relationship and proactively develop relationships in line with the account plan
- You will manage clients expectations and plan your own and teams workload accordingly
- You will work closely with clients to align on key milestones, desired outcomes, resources required and timeline for delivery
- You will be working on a client that is one of the largest manufacturers in Australia and they have the finding to purchase every service that they have to offer
- You will have the ability to lead and manage this client as well as the opportunity to partner with other clients as a career development opportunity. The opportunity for lateral movement to expose yourself to different clients wither within food and grocery stream, also outside of this area is also available
- This role is divided into about 50% account management and 50% data analysis

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience working as an Account Manager/ in a client facing position - with a strong focus on maintaining and forming strong client relationships
- Experience viewing, translating and presenting data - you will be very data literate and be comfortable presenting findings to clients.
- An understanding/ background of the FMCG industry is ideal although not required
- 3-4 years of experience in Market Research or the Data Industry, or experience working on the retail or manufacturer side
