**How will I help?**
- Architect innovative payments solutions that are secure, efficient, and customer-centric.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the board, from developers to business analysts.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable blueprints for success.
- Provide expert guidance and support to development teams, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Own the end-to-end design process, guaranteeing high-quality, maintainable solutions.

**What do I need?**
- **2+ years' experience **as a Solution Designer, preferably in the payments and cards industry.
- **8+ years of overall IT experience **with expertise in developing microservices/RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Java, Kafka, SQL, DB2, and Azure.
- **Strong understanding of card products **and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills **with a focus on delivering efficient, secure solutions.
- **A collaborative spirit **and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- **A commitment to quality **and a strong work ethic.
