**Customer Success Executive**
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and help ensure enterprise customers' successful onboarding, adoption and activation. You will work closely with Account Executives around the world, and especially in the US, to provide excellent service and ensure our customers are utilizing our platform to its fullest.
**The role**
Your job will be to manage a portfolio of assigned SaaS enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for onboarding, training and building the relationship with the key decision makers. You will:
- Own enterprise customers’ onboarding, adoption & activation journeys.
- Coach users on the platform and running onboarding sessions.
- Conduct conversations with C-Level Executives to address business needs.
- Coordinate implementation of custom integrations and jumpstart programs, by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure customers are utilizing the platform and identify any adoption bottlenecks.
- Identify upselling opportunities & leverage business from customer relationships.
- Manage and report users’ feedback and issues.
- Prevent churn by identifying potential cancelation causes ahead of time.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Executive or Key Account Manager.
- Native or fluent (level C2 or equivalent) in English;
- Good understanding of graphic design language, such as file types, fonts, formats, layers and so on.
- Experience with Adobe tools (to coach clients who are designers).
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bonus: Fluent in another language (Spanish, Portuguese, French or Russian).

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
