**About the role**

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. We're looking for a Content Lead to develop and execute high-impact content strategies that drive brand awareness, member engagement, and business growth. You'll be responsible for content marketing, storytelling, and SEO. Plus, you'll oversee content initiatives across multiple channels.

Day to day, you'll:

- Develop and lead content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
- Conduct market and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimise content for SEO, conversions, and user experience.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and design teams to ensure content consistency.
- Mentor Content Specialists on best practices and storytelling techniques.
- Maintain editorial standards, ensuring brand voice and quality consistency.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to refine strategies and report insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and content marketing innovations.
- Oversee content governance to ensure compliance with legal and brand standards.
- Verify artefacts to ensure alignment with the brand tone of voice.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You're a proactive, creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of producing content that delivers measurable results.
- You've got experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Your writing, editing, and storytelling skills are exceptional, and you can adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- You have deep expertise in SEO, content optimisation, and performance-driven content marketing strategies.
- You're experienced with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and marketing automation platforms.
- You have strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to measure content effectiveness.
- You've got leadership experience and can mentor and develop junior team members.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
