Bankstown Sports is a one-stop destination for all. Our venues include the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and the Basement Brewhouse, along with diverse food offerings across Italian, Asian, and middle eastern cuisines, just to name a few. The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.
About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Baristas to display their skills in our Cornerstone café. If you have a passion for good coffee, are interested in a busy Café and you are looking to develop your knowledge with an industry leader, then this opportunity is for you
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the existing team to provide exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities will include**:

- Demonstrated commitment to our Culture Values: 'Can-do' Attitude, Strong Team Player, and willingness to surprise and delight our customers
- Café Duties; such as preparing and serving food and beverages for consumption on the premises
- Taking customers food and beverage orders
- Clearing tables
- Suggestive selling of menu items
- Prepare and serve a wide range of products with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Have a genuine interest and understanding of food and drink
- Promoting and monitoring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous barista experience in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledge of WHS principles.
- RSA and RCG Competencies (or willing to obtain)
- Commitment to a high standard of service and customer focus
- Must be prepared to work shift work, weekends and public holidays
