**About the role**

Come and work with the team that keeps the IT Systems at QIC running. We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Analyst to join our Brisbane team on a 12 month contract basis.

Key deliverables for this role include:

- Provide excellent customer service through customer management and liaison in line with QIC’s standards of excellence.
- Perform critical functions to ensure the smooth and timely onboarding and offboarding of staff across QIC’s systems.
- Receive, record and track incidents throughout their Lifecyle, up to incident closure and verification

**About you**

You will need to meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply:

- Bachelor degree in Information Systems (or similar); or recognised tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or Technology
- Relevant industry experience in IT Service Desk or Desktop Support in a corporate / enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge and/or certifications in ITIL frameworks
- Mature and professional attitude to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A responsive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously when required
