- 254984Our Federal Government Client is seeking an ICT Program Manager.

This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with 12 months extension options, located at our Client's Canberra location.
- Supervise the delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage a team of professionals, leading and motivating them towards achieving set objectives.
- Develop and implement polices and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of ICT service delivery.
- Provide technical advice to management of ICT trends, developments, and practices to facilitate information decision-making.
- Manage the implementation of ICT security measures to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure integrated ICT services that meet organisational requirements.
- Lead the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

**To be successful in this role you should have**:

- A minimum of
years' experience in the successful management and delivery of complex projects and/or programs which comply with Australian Government Standards, meet user needs and deliver the intended benefits.
- Experience in the design, planning and execution of projects which utilise a range of selected tools and methodologies, underpinned by a sound understanding of ICT technical disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and lead diverse multidisciplinary teams which operate effectively in delivering results and responding positively to change.
- High level skills in communication and engagement with stakeholders to ensure project products align with business strategy and meet business requirements.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications evidenced by your experience in preparing a range of written materials including business cases, project documents and reports for key stakeholders in a government context, as well as the ability to quickly build trust and effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders and team members.
