In this role you will be maintaining premium residential gardens, and enjoy variety and challenge, as every garden has something different.

Ideally we are looking for someone with formal qualifications in Horticulture, and a minimum of 3 years experience in high-end residential garden maintenance.

This is a Team Leader tole, and you will have demonstrated experience in leading and organising a small crew, and experience in communicating with clients.

The garden maintenance industry is growing fast in Australia, and there is a significant shortage of experienced crew. Well trained gardeners will continue to be highly sought after. - Qualification in Horticulture (preferred)
- Practical experience in similar role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role

- Current driver's licence (essential)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
