**Your Role**:
**As an Infrastructure Delivery Executive, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects and services within Financial Services sector. You’ll lead the operational aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and effective delivery, and managing teams to meet project goals and organizational objectives. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, team leadership, operational management, and stakeholder engagement.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop client relationships & intimacy, demonstrating an understanding of the customer’s business objectives, strategy, needs, pain points, risks, etc.**:

- **Grow business and drive Revenue & CM growth on accounts, as per annual growth targets.**:

- **Understand the CIS portfolio and work closely with account architects to address technical gaps and develop solutions to address client needs.**:

- **Own and coordinate new opportunities throughout solutioning and sales stages until closed.**:

- **Review and approve account delivery state through Delivery Reviews (including eMonitoring accuracy/health of the engagement: RAYG statuses, financial records, etc.) and discuss with the client any opportunities for improvement.**:

- **Coordinate Service Delivery Managers in Managed Services engagements and Engagement Managers in Projects & Consulting engagements as applicable.**:

- **Adhere to and comply with all Security protocols.**

**Your Profile**:

- **Is the CIS voice to the client and front ends the relationship.**:

- **Understands the financial services sector (L2 certification minimum), business and critical business drivers.**:

- **Has a proven track record of thought leadership through innovation and efficient implementation of transformational growth opportunities.**:

- **Demonstrates relevant experience of business development with an ability to sell and deliver excellence, as well as a proven track record of financial performance.**
