Gold Coast, Australia Bourne Full time

Key responsibilities include:
Educate clients about Bourne insurance products, to help the, gain a full understanding of their options

Establish and maintain effective relationships through inbound and outbound queries

Achieve realistic monthly revenue and compliance targets associated with a general advice role

Accountable for managing accurate documentation and generation of quotes

**Qualifications**:
Prior sales experience in an insurance, financial services or contact center environment preferred

OR proven sales experience in other industry sectors

Ability to influence and negotiate outcomes in a compliant and target-based environment

Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent with outstanding interpersonal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on the client’s needs in every interaction

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $136,067.83 per year

**Benefits**:

- Salary packaging

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
