We are looking for an experienced Online Store Casual to help online order fulfillment of our growing online department based in Redfern, Sydney.

As part of our Dinosaur Designs team, you will share our passion for beautiful handmade jewellery and homewares. You will be a personable and dynamic individual, whose expertise in retail, online fulfilment and warehousing and work together as a team with our vibrant online team

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Manager and 2IC with:

- Experience in Shopify and Shipstation is preferred but not essential
- Accurately picking stock for online fulfilment
- Neatly gift wrapping online orders
- Boxing orders with extreme care and consistency
- Assisting with dispatch processes
- Daily replenishments of stock, stationary and supplies
- Support answering phones when required
- Keep work benches refilled and organised
- Strict company quality control standards and attention to detail are maintained

You will posses a can do attitude and have great communication skills, including the following
- Maintains a positive and approachable attitude to all colleagues when at work.
- Understands and embraces our company philosophy
- Maintains an open and constructive dialogue with management and clearly articulates any needs, issues or concerns.
- Leads and supports new members of the Online Sales Team through delegation and training.
- Cope with and thrive under the pressures and constraints of the role whilst seeking opportunities to improve the workplace so as to allow for greater efficiency and growth.
- Ensure all Occupational, Health & Safety requirements are adhered to at all times by all staff.
