Join our Asset Management team to drive insights and performance across a diverse portfolio.

We’re looking for a motivated Property Analyst to join our Asset Management team, providing critical reporting and insights that shape investment strategy and drive business performance.

In this role, you’ll support a high performing team of Asset Managers across our Australian Investment Management business, working closely with teams across retail, office, logistics and build-to-rent sectors. Your analysis will underpin key decisions, helping optimise asset and fund performance while improving operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to influence both short-term execution and long-term strategic planning, as you collaborate with leasing and asset management teams to deliver meaningful outcomes across a dynamic portfolio.

As a detail-oriented and driven individual, you will have a tertiary qualification in Real Estate/ Finance/Business Management or a related field, along with experience in finance, reporting, or analyst role with a strong understanding of financial analysis and investment performance fundamentals. You will possess excellent modelling and PowerPoint skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen. Experience in Forbury is highly regarded.
