DisplayWise is a growing business with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We have historically had a primary focus on the exhibition industry, having produced custom and bespoke exhibition stands nationally. We have been at the forefront in producing unique solutions for POS, Experiential event and retail and this area of our business is growing rapidly, but Exhibitions is where we are recruiting for now

We are looking for an industrial designer with working experience in Exhibitions/Trade shows and Retail design, with a Bachelor's Degree or Tertiary Education in Industrial Design, Interior Design or similar. You must be detail orientated and can work in a fast paced creative design environment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Produce highly detailed build ready 3D models of exhibition and display elements
- Produce design drawings for production and manufacturing
- Produce design presentations with renders and elevations of concepts
- Attend internal project meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to find innovative solutions
- Research and Development into new materials and construction methods
- Work on design projects under the direction of the Design Manager

**Competencies & experience required**:

- Skilled working knowledge of Solidworks is essential
- Knowledge of SWOOD and experience in CAM software

is desirable
- Experience using AutoCAD, Sketchup advantageous
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of rendering and visualisation software (3DSMax, V-ray)
- Good communication and decision making skills
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Good time management to deliver projects on time

**Remuneration**:
A competitive salary package will be offered depending upon experience.
