**The company**
Pleased to have partnered with an exciting new player in the Defence Consultancy sector. This organisation is experiencing rapid growth in Canberra and Brisbane having recently been successful in winning several large programs of work across their Federal Government accounts.

**The role**
The programs of work that have been awarded will have requirements across Project Support, Project Management, Change/Transformation and Procurement. Depending on the projects your responsibilities/requirements might change but as a general rule of thumb your main responsibility is to add value to the broader project supporting strategic program leaders within the business.

The projects that are being staffed will cover ICT Systems Implementation, Workforce Optimization/Design and Defence Procurement.

**What you need**
To be successful in the roles outlined and transitioning into Consulting you will need to have commercial acumen and enjoy working on diverse projects.

You will have:
Experience working within or with (stakeholder) Federal Government ideally Defence, Home Affairs, AFP or Border Protection.

Experience working on or leading Projects

Developed stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a team/project supporting those around you towards a common goal

Qualifications relating to: Procurement, Law, Human Resources or Business
