Beyond the traditional greetings, you'll be the ultimate source of knowledge about the building and its surroundings, ensuring everyone feels a sense of convenience, exclusivity, and belonging.

Your day-to-day will be anything but ordinary. You'll be stationed at the Concierge desk, but you won't be tied down - we want you to be out and about, engaging with tenants, retailers, and visitors throughout the Lobby and building precinct. You'll proactively interact with people, making their experience exceptional.

Supporting the delivery of unforgettable customer experiences and events will be a key part of your responsibilities. Whether it's organizing charity fundraisers, surprise and delight moments with special giveaways, or other engaging activities, you'll be the driving force behind the excitement.

This role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout your workday.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You should have previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment. Your natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and nurturing relationships will be invaluable. Your motivation will stem from establishing authentic connections, paying meticulous attention to detail, adeptly following processes, and dedicating yourself to closing the loop.
