**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**: As part of a growing team, you will lead or be a part of a team of people delivering the functional Workday requirements across **one or multiple clients,** supporting **architecture, scoping, implementation, and post-production phases of the Workday**. Delivering **comprehensive solutions **on new products, you’ll identify strategies, risks, and options to improve existing processes to drive commercial decisions for our clients. As we grow our Workday Team, you’ll be **key in shaping the future** of our functional team, and if interested will be given a team to lead and develop. **Requirements**: **WHO YOU ARE**: As an experienced **functional SME for Workday HCM** who knows how to deliver end to end functional solutions for clients, and are looking to grow your career with us. You’ve gained your practical experience in one or all of Workday HCM **implementation**, support projects or **AMS**. You have been developing your skills by **systematically troubleshooting **complex issues to a root cause and reporting out to stakeholders in **simple business language** You are **proactive **with an analytical approach and creative in implementing **sustainable **solutions. With excellent communication and your Workday Functional expertise, you **know how to use this to help** the team grow and support clients with best practises. Even though you have related degrees and certifications, you are a** life long learner** and having a passion to continually grow your skills and abilities.
