Position: Workday Integration Consultant

Location: Sydney

**Job Description**
- Should have functional knowledge of Workday HR, Recruiting, Absence Management, Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Prior experience in other HCM solutions such as SAP HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM would be an added advantage.
- Understanding of HCM functional modules - Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation etc. will be preferred.
- Understanding SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience.
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the clients business requirements, identify the most appropriate approach and capture accurate requirements.
- Must have Workday Core Integration Knowledge.
- In-depth experience in developing Workday custom reports including performance enhancements.
- In-depth experience with Workday Advance Reporting, Studio, EIB, Core Connector and Cloud Connector.
- Experience and fluency in technologies like XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc.
- Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML).
- Ability to develop creative solutions and accelerators.
- Must have strong Studio integration experience and should be able to design, develop and test complex studio integrations independently.
- Should have hands on experience on PECI/PICOF.
- Should have knowledge of Business Process Configuration, Security, ISSG/ISU.
- Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
- Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
- Must be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production support.
- Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in the Workday solution.
- Experience on Middleware integrations with Workday Configuration will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
