Are you a marketing student or graduate? Looking to make your mark on a new business and use your creative ability to grow our business?

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about marketing and eager to help build a business and mark their own mark in the industry.

We are a newly opened Coffee Espresso Bar in Richmond 3121 and we are looking for an energetic marketing person to assist with our marketing and social media management.

This is an on-going casual role, so it would suit someone just finishing uni, someone looking for extra hours, or looking for something flexible.

This role will only be a few hours a week with the opportunity to grow the role and further hours as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and edit marketing content, such as posts, social media updates, and website copy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Assist in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
- Create visually appealing and engaging social media content.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and feedback, responding promptly and appropriately.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Help manage website content updates and improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimising conversion rates.
