Due to recent and ongoing growth within our business, we have a newly created role available for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will be mentored and supported by the Head of Marketing and the Head of Growth. Located in Church Street Cremorne; this role is an exciting and excellent opportunity for anyone that has started their career in Marketing with the desire and hunger to further develop their skills and grow their career within Marketing.

**What Will You Be Doing?**

In this role you will report to the Head of Marketing, as well as working closely with the Head of Growth. Your responsibilities and accountabilities will include:

- Assisting in implementing and delivering targeted marketing campaigns utilising both digital and traditional media platforms as well as automated platforms
- Assistance with and coordinating the production of marketing materials, communications, content (incl video) and social media posts
- Help deliver our targeted campaigns and messaging via our marketing automation platform
- Researching all relevant Marketing events, industry award events and conferences, for Banjo to attend
- Support event management including booking venues, selecting suppliers, coordinating guest lists, and ensuring that the Banjo’s brand is well-represented at all times
- Ensuring that the Banjo brand is well-represented by ensuring all branded collateral and artwork resources are kept up to date
- Managing, maintaining, and ensuring the marketing calendar is up to date and all upcoming marketing activities are communicated to Banjo Team Members & other key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Managing branded merchandise and ensuring there is adequate merchandise available for all upcoming events
- Assistance with coordinating the production of marketing materials, communications and social media posts as well as ensuring Banjo's website it up to date with the latest content
- Managing Banjos social media profiles and presence to increase engagement and followers
- Ensuring all information in our CRM and marketing automation systems are up to date
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and conduct follow up activities to measure insights and evaluate the effectiveness of our chosen activities

**About You - What Will You Bring to Banjo?**

This role is certainly an entry level position, ideally you will have had approx. 1 year of experience working in a Marketing Coordinator role or Graduate position, along with the following fundamentals:

- Prior experience working in a corporate or financial services (lending) environment would be preferable, but not essential
- 1 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Willing to learn new skills and embrace this role
- A self-starter with the ability to navigate their way to achieve the required end result
- Willing to take direction, follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Able to manage your workload whilst juggling a number of completing priorities
- Strong organisational skills, very systematic and results orientated
- Creative in your thinking and have the ability to come up with better ways of doing things
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both within a team and independently ensuring your peer are respected
- Trust, integrity, proactivity, and a strong work ethic are a must
- Have a good eye for creative design and basic design skills with tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient technical skills within MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
