This role is for a qualified Coordinator at a service based in Mount Pleasant, with a licence capacity of 60. Working Monday to Friday 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm, you'll also be paid an additional 3 hours for admin tasks each week. During school holidays you have the option of taking a break, or working at other services close by
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
