**About the Role**
We’re looking for junior forward-thinking AI Operations Enablement Specialists to help shape the future of work by embedding AI, automation, and data science into our operational DNA.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building and testing AI tools, analysing fraud/scam data, and exploring cutting-edge technologies to accelerate innovation and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and test lightweight AI solutions (e.g. GenAI prompts, dashboards, copilots) to support evolving compliance and operational needs.
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks in fraud/scam workflows using AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Fine-tune LLM prompts and design intelligent workflows that enhance decision-making and user experience.
- Connect APIs and data sources to build trend dashboards and real-time alert systems that surface emerging risks and opportunities.
- Use data science libraries and techniques (e.g. clustering, predictive analytics) to uncover insights and support proactive fraud detection.
- Analyse fraud and scam data using Excel, Power BI, or Python to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to workforce enablement and fraud mitigation.
- Ensure all AI tools and data practices align with ethical, privacy, and compliance standards.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Background in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Comfortable using AI tools and familiar with Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms for data exploration.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly.
- Most importantly, a proactive self-starter who is curious, experimental, and eager to learn and iterate
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
