**About the Role**:
Take the next step in your career and join an industry leader in the landscape maintenance industry. We're currently seeking Garden Maintenance Team Leaders to join our team, focusing on the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting and hedging
- Manage team members, provide training and coordinate tasks efficiently
- Maintain detailed daily reports on activities undertaken
- Ensure meticulous care and handling of equipment
- Contribute effectively to landscaping projects as needed
- Uphold a safe and organised work environment
- Foster transparent communication with team members and clients
- Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation such as risk assessments, SWMS and timesheets

**About You**:

- Previous experience in the commercial landscape industry
- Qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture is desirable
- Possession of a valid manual driver's licence is essential
- Physical fitness, reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic are key
- Prior experience in team leadership or supervision is preferred
- National Police Check required (or willingness to obtain)
- Work with Children Check required (or willingness to obtain)
