**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of gardening tasks including but not limited to lawn mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, tree trimming, weeding, and lawn maintenance.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and best practices in gardening and landscaping to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing time and resources to complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and helpful manner to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, share insights, and optimize workflows for maximum productivity and effectiveness.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lawn maintenace, gardening, or related fields is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the work are paramount as we will provide on the job training.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for outdoor environments.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) will be required.
- Police Check will be required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
