**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop the overall vision and style of the project, including aesthetics, layout, and spatial planning.
- Create initial designs and blueprints, incorporating client requirements and the company’s goals.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Document materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with structural Engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure they align with company objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction adheres to the design and meets quality standards.
- Present designs, incorporate feedback, and refine plans.
- Liaise with Authorities, Developers, and Consultants.
- Address design-related issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
- Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions.
- Research and implement advanced materials or construction technologies.
- Visit the site periodically to ensure that work aligns with the design intent.
- Provide immediate solutions to on-site design and construction challenges.
- Oversee the final inspection, snag list preparation, and client handover.
- Provide guidance on building maintenance and future upgrades.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Remain updated on new tools, technologies, and trends.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven experience, ideally within the related field.

Strong understanding of construction industry requirements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.

A proactive, problem-solving approach to the design and construction challenges

Fluent in the use of tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree or higher in design / architecture.

2 years of relevant industry experience.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
