The Opportunity

As the Business Analysis Manager you will lead a high performing team of Business Analysts focused on delivering technology solutions to solve business problems and enable growth within the Macquarie Telecom Group. The ability to collaborate, guide and develop high quality requirements are crucial to providing tools and systems to our customers.

This is a critical integral leadership role within the IT team, that is all based locally. You'll have a huge impact on setting the strategy, & building a great team - developing a culture centered around results, and exceeding customer expectations.

What you'll be doing:

- Collaborating with Senior Leaders across all of our business units (Telecom, Cloud, Data Centres, Government)
- Developing road maps that will capture technology enablement opportunities
- Getting into the detail using strong analytical skills
- Leading a high performing team in an innovative environment
- Build, recruit, & develop a team of highly skilled Business Analysts
- Leverage your technical background to act as a trusted advisor to our customers, as well as mentoring the BA and broader IT teams
- Participate in agile scrum stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, developer, quality assurance and trainer walk through's
- Contribute to the development, creation, and estimation of business unit road maps.
- Manage significant Technology projects.

- Have experience in defining Business Analysis Standards, and coaching improvement in these
- Bring demonstrable Business Analysis experience and expertise
- Be passionate about leading people and developing team culture
