**Maintenance Fitter**

We are a leader in their industry, located in the Wetherill Park area, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for preventative/breakdown maintenance in our manufacturing company.

You will be responsible for maintenance and optimisation of all production tools, plant and equipment to a quality standard that enables maximum production levels.

Our Goal is to work towards delivering zero production downtime.

**Duties**:

- Setting up thermoforming tools to make plastic packaging products.
- Perform repairs and maintenance to tools, machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Workshop duties include general conventional lathe, milling work.
- Improving the reliability of equipment and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
- Mechanical trade qualifications.
- Production maintenance experience of any sort.
- Conventional lathe and milling experience of any sort.
- Experience in Plastic Thermoforming an advantage but not essential.
- Forklift Licence an advantage.
- Own transport.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently on improvement projects.
