**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU IS**
- Strong background leading a team to delivery success, or technical background and looking to expand your leadership skills by stepping into Delivery Management.
- Great experience managing agile teams that are developing software products or projects.
- Passion for growing those around you.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous consulting experience is highly regarded.
- Something a bit unique you can bring to Terem to help us keep growing
