Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with program stakeholders to devise data integration strategies aligned with program goals. Identify opportunities for optimising and run implementation activities in parallel to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Work hand in hand with the EGL Integration Practice team to extend the patterns and standards and ensure quality governance over the delivery of the SI partner build team.
- Project Management: Lead data integration projects from inception to completion, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Delivery governance to ensure timely investigation and resolution of data integration issues, leveraging technical expertise to address challenges related to data mapping, transformation, and synchronisation. Provide ongoing support to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Delivery governance to ensure data integration processes are built to SLAs, proactively identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Ensure the team implements performance tuning strategies to enhance integration throughput and efficiency.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes, configurations, and workflows. Conduct training sessions for team members and program stakeholders to promote understanding and adoption of data integration solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Now let’s talk about you:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager for data integration delivery, ETL processes, and data management.
- E2E integration delivery in an Retail space a must
- IRD - Integration Requirement Documentation knowledge highly regarded
