**Early Parenting Centre Administration Team Leader**
- O’Connell Family Centre (OFC) is an Early Parenting Centre located in Canterbury
- Permanent full time position, Monday - Friday with a monthly ADO

Opportunity to be part of one of Mercy Health’s early parenting centres, and help support and guide the Administrative Team at OFC.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This position leads the administrative team and works closely with the Manager/Director of Nursing.

The Administration Team Leader’s role is to assist the Manager/Director of Nursing and key staff as required in the daily operational activities of the EPC whilst ensuring continued provision of excellent customer focused service for all. The role provides leadership and support for Reception/Booking staff to ensure high quality administrative practices.
- Administrative Team Leader (HS19).
- Located at 6 Mont Albert Road, Canterbury, Victoria
- Permanent Full Time 76 hours per fortnight (Monday - Friday) with monthly ADO.
- OFC is open 50 weeks a year with a 2 week closure over Christmas/New Year
- Free on-site parking
- We are looking for an experienced leader, with a dedication to critical reflection, continuous improvement, and service innovation
- We are looking for a leader to manage and be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Highly developed administrative skills
- Ability to work as part of a team building relationships with people across the EPC and the wider Mercy Health organisation
- Highly competent in IT systems with advanced knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Efficient and effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
