**Description**:
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be working as part of a small, supportive team. This permanent role will provide you with an opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the food manufacturing industry including Shell Egg, Frozen Egg & Liquid Egg products. The successful applicant will be a team player who is eager to develop their skills in the workplace.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Training on all tasks required within the supply chain related to supplier approval, quality of raw materials, packing materials and the finished products
- Technical administration such as HACCP, customer complaints and product information

Develop and maintain positive customer and supplier relationships
- Assist with internal audits
- Maintain QA records
- Other project work assigned

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Food Science or equivalent degree
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Understanding of HACCP
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work individually and part of a team
- High attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
