**THE ROLE - DATA ANALYST**
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our operations team. This role involves breaking down and analyzing data trends for monthly clients, as well as reviewing data presented by new clients to identify opportunities and develop cost models.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Champion the use of data and analytics to drive decision making within the business
- Deliver post implementation reviews and comparative reporting
- Maintain social impact measurement & customer satisfaction reporting
- The ability to analyse, interpret and communicate insights drawn from multiple data sources.
- Design and maintain insightful interactive dashboards
- High level of proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, functions, formulas etc)
- Translate business requirements into reporting and analysis specifications and negotiate timelines for delivery and format.
- Contribute to and maintain accurate records of activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting and analysis.

**ABOUT YOU**

- Data Analyst: Transport/warehouse/operations background.
- Data Analyst Experience
- 5-8 years of data analytics
- University degree in a supporting field
- Exception at excel
- Comfortable presenting and turning around tasks in a tight timeframe.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organisational skills to balance multiple projects.
- Highly numerate with strong IT, data and analytical capabilities.
