On the back of the success of Golf Central, Brisbane's go-to golf entertainment hub, we're gearing up for something even bigger and bolder – Landers Pocket. Launching in late-2025, we're redefining golf entertainment with a 600-person hospitality hub, world-class technology, and unforgettable vibes.

About the Role

Landers Pocket is expanding with the launch of our new on-site brewery, and we're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Cellarman to join the team. Working across our clubhouse, function rooms and brewery, you'll play a key role in managing stock, ordering, beer line cleaning, and overseeing our entire Point of Sale (POS) system.

This is a Monday to Friday role focused on keeping our back-of-house operations sharp and efficient.


Key Responsibilities

  • POS System Management

  • Full ownership of the POS system: entering invoices, adding new products, setting up buttons, maintaining printers/hardware.

  • Ensure all product data, pricing, and stock levels are accurate and up to date.

  • Stock & Ordering

  • Perform all stocktakes for beverages and consumables.

  • Manage ordering and receiving of stock, packing away and stock rotation.

  • Beer Line Maintenance

  • Clean and maintain beer lines to a high standard.

  • Ensure tap systems are running smoothly and safely.

  • General Cellar & Venue Support

  • Organise and designate stock across the venue and brewery.

  • Pack wholesale and internal orders.
  • Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and brewery teams to keep operations flowing.

About You

  • Experience with POS systems (e.g., Bepoz/IMPOS) and cellar operations.
  • Highly organised and confident working independently.
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting/moving stock).
  • Beer knowledge and experience with line cleaning highly regarded.
  • RSA required; forklift ticket a bonus.
