**The Opportunity**:
Plena Healthcare is offering an exciting opportunity for an **Allied Health Assistant** to join our Melbourne South team. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to support the delivery of high-quality clinical care to clients in Residential Aged Care and community settings. Your role will involve both hands-on clinical support and administrative responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver therapy services as per treatment plans developed by Allied Health Professionals
- Facilitate exercise groups and support one-on-one therapy sessions
- Assist residents to and from therapy areas and set up therapy spaces
- Maintain and clean therapy equipment and areas
- Support with administrative duties including referral collection and equipment orders
- Communicate regularly with therapists regarding client progress and treatment adjustments
- Engage in regular supervision, mentoring, and professional development activities
