**Who you are**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
- Collaborate with the ICT team to implement software updates and enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in D365 and experience with data analysis tools, utilising MS Excel.
- Familiarity with waste management software systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
