**Responsibilities for Receptionist**
- Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction trades
- people;
- Coordinating work activities with subcontractors;
- Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed;
- Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve;
- Monitoring the general conduct of work for compliance with the builder's and/or
- contractors' OHS procedures and safe work method statements;
- Providing coordination and general instruction for work associated with one process so as not to endanger persons engaged in other processes;
- Ordering materials and supplies;
- Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed;
- Preparing schedules, work progress, production and other reports;
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and
- file accident reports;
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
- Communicate with customers regarding products and services;
- Material delivery if necessary;
- Mark up plastering work defects;
- Deciding when particular contractors or phases of the construction process can
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Qualifications for Receptionist**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as site supervisor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term, Subcontract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
