**Description**:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Administration Assistant, Permanency Support position is required to provide high quality customer service and administrative support to the Executive Manager, Permanency Support and the wider Permanency Support Program.
The Administration Assistant, Permanency Support will be committed to having a positive, friendly and approachable demeanour that will assist staff, clients and visitors to feel welcome.
**Skills and Experiences**:
EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA
- A commitment to having a positive, friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to provide timely, accurate and confidential administrative support.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage several tasks at one time in order to meet a deadline.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- High-level computer skills in use of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Demonstrated awareness of confidentiality and boundaries of practice with the ability to remain confidential at all times.
- A commitment to the Vision, Mission and Values of our organisation and active engagement in organisational events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current drivers license
