**About the Centre/Service**

Holbury Children’s Centre is a small, caring, not for profit community kindergarten set within a beautiful park side location in Blackburn South. The kindergarten is proudly overseen by a dedicated parent committee, who together with our passionate educators, focus on creating a warm and supportive atmosphere for our children and families. One of our distinctive characteristics is that we offer a blended age 3 & 4-year-old kindergarten program where our children play and learn together.

**Work Days of the Role**

Mondays and Wednesdays

**Hours of Work of the Role**

4 hours per week (12-2pm)

**Description**

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Educator to join our team to provide lunch cover twice per week, over the hours of

**12 - 2pm**
on

**Monday and Wednesday**

You will have the chance to work alongside our Early Childhood Educators and collaborate as a team to deliver an engaging, high-quality program aligned to the Victorian Early Years Framework and National Quality Framework.

You will also have the opportunity to deliver a flexible, play-based program in a friendly & supportive environment and take home a salary aligned with the

Victorian Early Childhood Teachers & Educators Agreement 2020 (VECTEA)

**Qualifications**

Diploma Qualified or Certificate III Educator

**Requirements**:
VIT Registration

**Additional Requirements**

Excellent knowledge, skills and understanding of both the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework. Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment. Demonstrate personal values aligned with Holbury Children’s Centre community values Proven skill and experience in working in an early education and care setting Sound knowledge of legislation, policy and frameworks relation to early education and care services
