**The opportunity**:
Our Property and Social Infrastructure team works closely with the public and private sectors to help them deliver the vital services and facilities that make a social impact. We seek a 'Project Controls Lead' to drive PMO strategy and hands-on transformation across a significant program of projects that look to revolutionise the way we build and manage projects in the future.

Working with a highly experienced team of experts, we are seeking an individual who can establish and uphold PMO best practices for planning, monitoring, and managing the various elements of this major program to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Program Directors, Managers, and GMs to ensure control standards are aligned with optimal program outcomes throughout the program lifecycle.
- Implement financial tracking, governance frameworks, and best practices in collaboration with Program Leads to maintain visibility into program performance, make informed decisions, and mitigate risks
- Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance program management capabilities within the construction industry.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, providing insights into project performance and highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across multiple and diverse project programs.
- Proficient in concise process documentation and information design for effective decision-making.
- Provide training and support for project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**About You**:

- 6 plus years expertise overseeing and collaborating to ensure successful delivery significant programs of projects and/or Project Controls related to the construction/engineering industry.
- Proven track record in managing projects and cultivating client relationships, particularly within the public sector.
- Adept at establishing and implementing cutting-edge project management methodologies, processes, and standards within a PMO.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and management of project control systems, tools, and processes to ensure the efficient delivery of projects.
- Commitment to staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in the field.
- Background utilising robust reporting, analytical, and relationship management skills.
