Create impact as an **HR Analytics & Automation, Lead.**

**YOUR ROLE**

This newly created role will give you the opportunity to carve out your own successful path at IAG.

Reporting to our People Operations Manager and leading a team of one, you will be responsible for leading reporting activities, including leveraging Gen AI as it becomes available, to support data-driven decision-making to create value for divisions and Centres of Excellence (CoEs).

Working collaboratively across several teams, including HR and the wider business, you will be involved in projects and initiatives that streamline tasks through automation, oversee data reporting, and use analytics and user feedback to gauge how well our products and services are working.

Your responsibilities will also include developing innovative solutions to improve overall operational efficiency and service effectiveness.

Critical to your success you have experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) and are highly analytical, this role would suit a Business Analyst looking to take the next step.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in leading Employee Self-Service (Tier 0) Channel Management Strategy, with experience in automation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills or other data manipulation tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders
- Experience leading HR reporting, analytics, and data activity.
