**About the Position**:
As a Cafe All Rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Serving all customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Handling all transactions using a POS system.
- Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with WHSmith hygiene Standards.
- Working as part of the Melbourne Airport team to ensure a positive representation of the WHSmith brand.
- Assisting in the preparation of both food and beverages/coffees.
- Complying with all workplace health and safety processes, guidelines, and best practice.

In this role, you will be required to work **morning shifts** **starting from 4am**, AND/OR **evening shifts to finish at 10pm**. You will also be required to work **one weekend shift each week.**
- 1+ years of hospitality experience
- Strong knowledge of general café operations in a fast paced environment
- Barista skills are desireable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills and reliability
- You must be available to work **morning shifts** **starting from 4am**, AND/OR **evening shifts to finish at 10pm.**:

- You must be available to work one weekend shift each week & up to 35 hours per week.
