About Us

Reclaim Waste is a one of its kind solution to liquid waste. We utilise a best practice waste treatment and recycling system to reclaim value from liquid waste by turning an unwanted by-product into an environmentally sustainable commodity and valuable economic resource.

We are looking for a treatment plant operator to work consistently with our core values to maintain a clean, safe working environment whilst providing a positive customer experience.

The successful applicants will be required to start immediately, we have Full Time, Part Time and Casuals positions available from Monday to Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general plant cleaning duties
- Offsite deliveries with semi tipper
- Forklift Operation & unloading of tippler bins
- Loading trucks with Front End Loader
- Operate and maintain machinery to meet necessary quality standards
- Unload liquid waste trucks and wash down safely and efficiently
- Take accurate numerical readings and measurements

Skills and Experience:

- Ability to operate a forklift (licence essential)
- Ability to operate a front-end loader/excavator (preferred - on the job training for right applicants)
- HR Truck Licence (essential)
- HC Truck Licence (preferred)
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety issues relevant to the industry and a commitment to safe working practices
- Must be available for rotating shifts - morning/afternoon and Saturdays (current role is for afternoon shift and Saturdays)

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
