Will help you with everything you need to succeed in growing your own business so you can offer your chosen services to the Clients (we call them Members) you wish to support in your local area.

**About the Opportunity**

Seeking flexible and reliable Care Workers who are eager to provide care and support to Clients (we call Members) Located in the Hunter region. Specifically recruiting for Helpers located in and around Rutherford, Gillieston Heights, Cooranbong, Swansea, and Morphet.

You will be assisting Members with the following services:

- Personal Care - e.g., Light stand by assistance, potentially helping with showering and dressing if needed
- Domestic Assistance - e.g., cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping
- Companionship - e.g., providing company through friendships, interests, and activities
- Driving and Community Access - e.g., driving to appointments, shops, outings if needed
- Home Administration - e.g., assist Members with accessing Home Care Package funding so they have the ability to remain living in their own homes.
- COVID-19 Vaccinations (two doses as a minimum)
- Your own ABN as an Independent Contractor (Or prepared to obtain one)
- A successful National Police Check issued within the past 2.5 years OR a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or prepared to obtain one)
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disabilities/Individual Support or higher (or studying) will be highly regarded
- Full training and assessment can be provided for personal care, manual handling, and basic medication support to suitable applicants
- Driver's License and own vehicle
- Smartphone
