**About the Role**
- **Portfolio Size**: Approximately 200 properties, supported by a dedicated accounts team.
- Effective communication with tenants and landlords.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Managing arrears.
- Conducting ingoing and routine inspections.
- Recommending rental increases and lease renewals.
- Hosting open home showings for available rentals.
- Car allowance provided for travel.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A **Real Estate License** or **Certificate of Registration** with proven property management experience (essential).
- Experience with **Property Me** (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in decision-making and a proactive approach.
- A track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A **valid driver’s license** and a **reliable car**.
