- Cystic Fibrosis Community Care (CFCC) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) community in New South Wales and Victoria. Founded in 1974 by a group of parents of children with CF, they have a rich history of working across several key focus areas including:

- Programs and services to enhance the quality of life of over 1000 members
- Promoting and facilitating research into improved treatments and therapies in the fight against CF
- Fundraising to support the Australian Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust
- Public Awareness and communications with members, the wider CF community, and other key stakeholders
- Information, education and advocacy to deliver information and education services to key stakeholders; and representing individuals and groups that require government or institutional action
- The role
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Fundraising, the Fundraising Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the acquisition, retention, and stewardship of Cystic Fibrosis Community Care’s donors. It is a busy role that includes a variety of tasks from processing donations and receipting; maintaining CFCC’s CRM; through to relationship management and data analysis.

- About you
- With 2 - 3 years’ experience in Fundraising, you will be skilled at coordinating and developing captivating campaigns. When you work, your combination of heart and mind means you are equally comfortable in developing robust relationships as you are informing fundraising strategy through data analysis and insights.

- Marketing or equivalent degree
- 2 - 3 years Fundraising experience
- Passion and interest to work for a For Purpose organisation
- CFCC provides flexible, hybrid work arrangements, salary packaging and great benefits such as bonus leave for your birthday and additional leave between Christmas and the new year._
- All positions within CFCC will be required to undergo probity checks including criminal record checks and Working with Children. For this role, you must also be able to drive and maintain a valid Australian Driver’s Licence._
